From Crypto Cave to Crypto Confidence
Why the rebrand?
It has been a while. I have not posted on Substack since April 2024, and a lot has happened since then. I worked for Ripple and then decided I needed to start my own business. Trump got elected. Crypto is now legal again. And sensible (hopefully) regulations are on their way.
I recently founded a Skool community for crypto called Crypto Confidence. I started it because:
People need help learning how to do crypto
I am tired of working for other people
I like teaching
Its goal is to give newcomers to crypto confidence in their ability to use the technology.
The name Crypto Cave pointed to the fun and sometimes silly side of crypto, and I still believe that side matters. But over time, I have developed a deeper purpose. I want to focus on why crypto truly matters and what it means for freedom, ownership, and the future of money. Institutions have come to crypto in a big way, but retail is down and out. It feels like normal people never recovered from FTX, even though most of them did not lose money to SBF. Something broke in the culture. That is why I am renaming this Substack Crypto Confidence. This channel is dedicated to showing you why crypto is here to stay.
No matter what politicians say, what price action does, or what nonsense Jim Cramer spews out, crypto is resilient and will continue to matter for the rest of the 21st century. So buckle up and grab your armrest, because it is going to be a bumpy ride, but the crypto plane has taken off and is flying us toward a new future of digital finance.
